Acceptance of Terms These Rancher Platform Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Rancher”) and The Beef Group, a Montana limited liability company (“Company”). Platform Purpose The Platform allows independent ranchers to list and sell USDA-inspected meat products directly to consumers. USDA Inspection and Compliance All products listed must be fully inspected and approved by the USDA and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Fees and Commission The Company will deduct a 3.2% commission from each completed sale prior to payout to Rancher. Rancher Responsibilities Rancher is responsible for accurate listings, order fulfillment, storage, transportation, permits, licenses, insurance, and recalls. Payments and Reporting Net proceeds will be disbursed on an agreed schedule via the Platform. Independent Contractor Status Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for claims arising from Rancher products, including safety, labeling, or fulfillment issues. Indemnification Rancher agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims related to Rancher products or violations of law. Confidentiality Non-public business, pricing, and customer information must be kept confidential. Optional Platform Terms Rancher may agree to exclusivity, marketing consent, or other optional terms as selected within the Platform. Termination Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice or immediately for material breach. Dispute Resolution Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation in the State of Montana. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Changes to Terms Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
