PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “I AGREE,” CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR MAKING A PURCHASE THROUGH THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    These Consumer Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Beef Group, a Montana limited liability company.
  2. Platform Description
    The Beef Group operates an online marketplace connecting consumers with independent ranchers offering meat (beef) products.
  3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform and are responsible for all activity under your account.
  4. Product Information and USDA Inspection
    All meat products are represented by the selling rancher as USDA inspected and compliant with applicable laws.
  5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
    Prices are set by ranchers. Full payment is required at checkout. Taxes and fees are the consumer’s responsibility.
  6. Fulfillment and Shipping
    Products are fulfilled by ranchers or processors. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  7. Cancellations and Refunds
    Due to the perishable nature of products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  8. Proper Handling
    Consumers are responsible for proper handling and storage upon receipt.
  9. Disclaimer of Warranties
    THE PLATFORM AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    THE BEEF GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  11. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Beef Group.
  12. No Medical Advice
    Information provided does not constitute medical or dietary advice.
  13. Prohibited Conduct
    Misuse of the Platform is prohibited.
  14. Privacy
    Use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy.
  15. Termination
    The Beef Group may terminate access for violations.
  16. Dispute Resolution
    Disputes shall first be mediated in Montana.
  17. Governing Law
    Montana law governs these Terms.
